Compare sizes & artwork
These standard dimensions help you plan a layout. Confirm the final size and available paper with our team before preparing print-ready artwork.
A5 · 148 × 210 mm
Room for an offer, an image and essential contact details. A useful starting point for promotions and service introductions.
A4 · 210 × 297 mm
Consider a larger sheet when your message needs more detail, such as a service overview. Keep the layout readable rather than adding unnecessary text.
DL · 99 × 210 mm
A narrow layout for a focused message, an insert or a compact display. Check the dimensions if it needs to fit an existing holder or envelope.
Keep one short message on one face. Useful when the flyer will be seen from the front, such as on a noticeboard.
Put the headline and main offer on the front; use the reverse for detail, terms or a service list. Keep the contact route easy to find.
Need several panels? A folded leaflet or brochure needs a different layout. Include the open size, folded size and panel order in your brief.
Use this before you send your file or ask for design help.
Build your file to the agreed trim dimensions. Ask the team for the required bleed and safe area before exporting.
Use original logos and high-resolution images. Check that small text remains readable at the actual printed size.
Proofread numbers, dates and offer terms. Scan the QR code from a sample at final size and check it opens the intended page.
A print-ready PDF is a useful starting point. Confirm colour settings and fonts with the team; label front and back clearly.
Paper and finish change how a flyer feels and how colours appear. Compare available samples when appearance is important; confirm the chosen stock and finish in your quote.
Plan your print run
Start with the number you can realistically hand out, rather than the biggest pack. Use your distribution locations and campaign duration to estimate a print run, then add a reserve if you need one.
Daily handouts per location × locations × days + your chosen reserve
For example, 100 handouts at each of 2 locations over 3 days is 600 flyers. A 10% reserve brings the estimate to 660.
This is a planning estimate, not a minimum order or a price. For a one-day event, enter 1 day. Check distribution permissions, expected attendance and available quantities before ordering.
Ask readers to book, visit, call or request a quote. Give that action the clearest space on the page. If you need terms, a menu or a schedule, use the reverse instead of shrinking the main message.
A dedicated landing page, trackable link or offer code helps distinguish flyer responses from other enquiries. If you add a QR code, test it on a printed proof and include a readable alternative for people who cannot scan it.
Keep a simple record of copies distributed, campaign dates, enquiries and resulting orders. Test one change in a smaller run before scaling up. A scan or page visit is not automatically a customer.
These steps help you evaluate your campaign; they do not predict a response rate or guarantee sales.
Work with Laserco's Al Satwa print shop from your office, shop or event venue. Share your artwork online and include where and when you need the finished flyers.
Arrange collection from 282 Al Satwa Road, Al Bada'a, Dubai, or ask about delivery to your address. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready and check opening hours before travelling.
For Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain, send the full destination and required arrival date. Our team will confirm delivery availability, charges and timing for that address.
Production and delivery are separate parts of the schedule. Include your quantity per design, artwork status and receiving details so the quotation covers both.
Delivery and collection details →Size, quantity, paper, printed sides, finishing and artwork preparation all affect the quotation. Share these details together so you can compare like-for-like options. Ask whether design and delivery are included in the total.
Paper weight, measured in GSM, influences how substantial a flyer feels. The right choice depends on the purpose, quantity and budget. Ask our team to confirm the available stocks and recommend a suitable option; do not choose on GSM alone.
You can discuss design and printing together. Send your logo, approved wording, images and a style reference. Agree the design scope, revisions and any separate artwork costs before work begins.
Timing depends on the confirmed specification, quantity, artwork approval and delivery destination. Tell us your required date when requesting a quote and ask the team to confirm whether it can be met before ordering.
A flyer is usually a flat sheet. A folded leaflet has panels that must be arranged in the correct reading order. If you want folds, specify them before the layout and quotation are finalised.
Send your artwork, size, printed sides, quantity and exact delivery destination to our Dubai team. For Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, we will check delivery availability, cost and timing for your order. Collection can be arranged from our Al Satwa shop once the order is confirmed ready.

Choose your format, prepare the file and plan your order with confidence.
Compare A5, A4 and DL flyer layouts, decide how much information to include and choose a practical format before requesting a print quote.
Check flyer dimensions, bleed, image quality, contact details and QR codes before approving your print file.
Choose one or two printed sides based on your message, then plan a clear front and reverse without crowding the design.
Understand what changes a flyer quotation and compare size, paper, printed sides, quantity, artwork and delivery on the same basis.
Plan a realistic flyer quantity, choose one customer action and track enquiries and orders separately from QR scans.
