Before you order your business cards

Which business-card finish should I choose?

Start with the effect you want: straightforward printing, metallic foil, gloss, a soft-touch surface or a pressed impression. Compare the available finishes and confirm the available stock with our team.

Can I order cards for several team members?

Yes. Supply one checked list of names, roles, phone numbers, email addresses and quantities. Review each version separately before approving the job.

Can my business card include a QR code?

Keep clear space around the code and test its destination. Check a printed sample at the intended size rather than relying only on the screen preview.

What do you need for an accurate quotation?

Send the finished size, number of printed sides, stock or finish preference, number of names, quantity per name and required date. Confirm any design and delivery charges.

Check your artwork before printing

A good-looking mockup is only the start. These checks help protect the details that customers need to read, scan and use.

  1. Set the finished size

Use the agreed production template. Extend edge-to-edge backgrounds into the bleed area and keep names, contact details and borders inside the safe area. Confirm the required measurements before exporting.

  2. Make the next step obvious

Give the name and preferred contact method a clear hierarchy. Review text at actual card size. For a QR code, use a clear background, leave space around it and test a printed sample on more than one phone.

  3. Approve every version

Check spelling, phone numbers, email addresses and links for each team member. Match front and back layouts and quantities per name. Confirm the stock, finish, cost and required date in the quotation.

One layout. Every team member checked.

Keep a master list of names, roles and contact details. If you need Arabic and English, review both language versions at their finished size. Keep the approved master artwork for future reorders.
