Start with the container and surface

For bottle labels and jar labels, share the container material, shape and label dimensions. A curved, tapered or textured container may need a different layout or adhesive from a flat carton. Send a photo or sample and explain whether the label will be applied by hand or by machine.

Match material and finish to the use

Tell us about refrigeration, condensation, oils, handling or outdoor exposure. Ask which paper, film, clear or opaque options are suitable and available for your job. Confirm the adhesive, finish and any resistance requirement for the exact specification; do not assume every label is waterproof or suitable for outdoor use.

Prepare readable artwork

Send your logo, final wording, size and shape. For cosmetic packaging labels, include all text you need reproduced. Ask for the cutting template, bleed and safe area before finalizing the file. Check small text and scan any barcode or QR code at the intended print size. You remain responsible for approving the final wording.
